X-ray (digital film radiography) is an imaging technique that is useful in the detection of pathology of the bones and joints. X-rays are also useful for detecting some disease processes in soft tissue.

Using low-dose electromagnetic radiation, X-rays are used to diagnose disease by making pictures of the inside of the body. With Digital X-ray, images are available instantly. Since images are digital, they can be shared with radioloogy specialists whenever needed.

X-rays are used for the assessment of many body areas including arms and legs following trauma, joints for arthritis, chest X-rays for heart failure and spine for fractures. X-rays are one of the most frequent radiology procedures that are performed.
